Versailles Town Plaza is currently under construction and will open in the 1st half of 2024 to serve the residents of State Properties’ premium development Versailles Village Alabang and its nearby communities. Here are the most recent construction updates:

• The construction of the Versailles Town Plaza is now in full swing with the first phase of the project expected to be completed by the 1st half of 2024
• The mall is expected to have a total of  4,500 square feet of retail space which includes a supermarket, hardware, cafes, restaurants, etc.
• The complex will have a retail area, an event hall, a multi-purpose hall, and a park
•  It is expected to generate numerous jobs once it is completed
•  Construction is already underway and is expected to be completed in phases

Versailles Town Plaza construction is in full swing and will soon rise in front of the high-end Versailles Alabang Village this coming 2nd half of 2023!
