Versailles on September 17 unveiled a brand new prime destination for limitless opportunities for nightlife, shopping, entertainment, business, fine dining, recreation, and more! Active construction work began with a 9-meter-deep excavation along Daanghari Road that is set to serve as the base to a 4-level building with a staggering 9,400 sq. meters of floor area that is going to be Versailles Town Plaza. The entire complex will offer around 20 leasable areas sized from 40 to 240 sq meters. Parking spaces and world-class facilities such as backup power, fire protection, and VRF air-conditioning system. Versailles Town Plaza will likewise feature specialty services and conveniences which appeal to the community, as well as various mouth-watering eateries to chill and hang out in. Open spaces and configurable function rooms will also be available to cater to business meetings and special events, like weddings and banquets.

Beyond just a mere township

The Versailles community will continue to evolve into becoming a master-planned destination along Daanghari Road.

Las Pinas LGU and barangay officials expressed utter excitement and support for his upcoming project.
